Nairobi and Amboseli National Park Tour Overview

6 Day Masai Mara and Amboseli flight safari including 5 nights accommodation on a full board basis, scheduled return flights from Nairobi Wilson Airport to the Maasai Mara and to Amboseli, daily game drives in both parks, airport and airstrip transfers, services of a professional English speaking safari guide, park and conservation fees as specified, bottled drinking water during game drives, meet and assist at Wilson Airport and airport transfers in Nairobi where applicable. Nairobi and Amboseli National Park Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Arrival into the Masai Mara region with a morning transfer to Wilson Airport and a scheduled flight to the Mara airstrip. On arrival meet your private safari guide and transfer to Enkorok Mara Camp with en route game viewing. Enjoy lunch and settle into camp, followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset. Overnight at Enkorok Mara Camp within the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Travel time for the scheduled flight is approximately 45 to 60 minutes depending on airstrip and routing.
Day 2

Masai Mara
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Full day in the Maasai Mara based at Enkorok Mara Camp with early morning game drive when wildlife is especially active. The day is dedicated to exploring the reserve with opportunities to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and other species. Picnic lunch options are available for full day safaris and the guide will continue exploring different areas of the Mara before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3

Masai Mara
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Another full day based at Enkorok Mara Camp for morning and afternoon game drives or a full day safari. Early morning drives offer prime wildlife viewing. Guests may opt for a Maasai cultural experience or enjoy a sundowner as the final sunset unfolds over the Mara plains before returning to camp for dinner.
Day 4

Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Morning game drive and breakfast at the Mara, then transfer to the Mara airstrip for scheduled flights back to Nairobi Wilson Airport and onward to Amboseli. Flight schedules vary by season and airstrip and should be confirmed at booking. On arrival in Amboseli meet your safari guide, check in at Ol Tukai Lodge, have lunch and undertake an afternoon game drive with spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro when weather permits. Evening wildlife viewing includes elephants crossing the Amboseli plains at sunset.
Day 5

Amboseli National Park
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Full day exploring Amboseli National Park based at Ol Tukai Lodge. Early morning game drives provide the best chance for clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro and encounters with large elephant herds. The day includes breakfast, options for a picnic lunch or return to the lodge for lunch, afternoon game drive and an optional sundowner before dinner and overnight.
Day 6

Amboseli National Park to Nairobi
6 Day breathtaking Masai Mara and Amboseli Flight Safari
Final morning sunrise game drive followed by breakfast, check out and transfer to the Amboseli airstrip for the scheduled flight back to Nairobi Wilson Airport. Arrival in Nairobi is typically around midday depending on flight schedules, after which guests are transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for onward international flights.
