Beyond the flamingos, Lake Nakuru is a sanctuary for endangered species, offering some of the best opportunities in the country to spot both white and black rhinos. You will also have the chance to encounter the rare Rothschild’s giraffe, easily distinguished by its distinctive white legs. The park’s woodlands and grasslands support a healthy population of predators, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, making every game drive an exciting prospect. Your final morning begins with breakfast at the lodge. After your meal, you will have a discussion with your guide regarding your flight details or drop off preferences, allowing them to plan the departure time accordingly to ensure a smooth transfer. You will then check out from the accommodation and begin your journey back to Nairobi. Should you wish to extend your adventure, you may choose to pass through Hell’s Gate National Park once more for a final bike ride or exploration before continuing to the capital. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be transferred to your preferred location, whether that be your hotel or the airport for your onward flight home.
